PhotoForge (Photo Enhancement)

Our photo enhancement features use AI to modify images. You acknowledge that:

• AI enhancements may alter the appearance of properties (virtual staging, sky replacement, etc.)
• Enhanced photos should be clearly labeled as enhanced when used in marketing materials
• You are responsible for ensuring enhanced photos comply with real estate advertising regulations in your jurisdiction
• Results may vary based on input image quality and are provided "as is"

AI Property Videos

Our video generation feature creates property videos with AI narration. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated scripts are based on property data and may require review for accuracy
• AI avatars and voices are computer-generated representations, not real people
• Videos are for marketing purposes and should not be relied upon as property appraisals
• Usage limits apply based on your subscription plan

Content Ownership

Regarding ownership of AI-generated content:

• You retain ownership of all original content you upload
• AI-generated content is licensed to you for your use in real estate marketing
• You may not resell or sublicense AI-generated content as standalone products
• We retain rights to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services

Program Rules

The following rules apply to our referral program:

• Rewards are only earned when referred users complete a paid subscription (trial conversions)
• Self-referrals and creating fake accounts to claim rewards is prohibited
• Referral codes may not be shared on coupon sites, paid advertising, or spam
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the program at any time

Rewards

Regarding referral rewards:
